School 38 in the remote mountainous Aksy district, Kyzyl Tuu village, houses 469 students aged 6-18. The school needs trash cans and a recycling bin so that they can institute an environmental awareness program and keep the school clean. $50 each, metal trash cans; $130 trash container on wheels; $250 eco-trash can for dividing glass, plastic and cans; $1 each, gloves; and $70 cement to install the cans. Currently there are no trash cans. Cans are needed to educate the students regarding environment sustainability. Because of the beauty of the environment and culture, there is potential for tourism. If this occurs, environmental awareness is important. There is a saying, “The road to the world starts from the village.”
