dental chair

SCM Medical Missions has recently opened a free medical and dental clinic in Saida, Lebanon. It serves disadvantaged people in the area, including Syrian refugees and Lebanese people who are not able to afford care elsewhere. They have received donations of dental and medical equipment, but they need to keep restocking the consumable items, such as over-the-counter medications, cleaning and sanitizing chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE). A donation of $25 or more can help them purchase PPE to ensure that clinic staff and patients alike are safe, and also medications that are used frequently at the clinic like cold and flu medications for adults and children, pain relievers, vitamins, antibiotic ointments, bandages and more. A donation of $50 or more will help them purchase prescription medications for those who need them. These are often critical medications for common ailments like diabetes, heart conditions or high blood pressure.
