125 indigent senior citizens in the agricultural village of Pinagrealan, 152 miles northwest of Manila, are in need of food and basic supplies. They range in age from 60 to 100. These people were once hardworking farmers, carpenters, construction workers and manual laborers. They are now old, poor, dependent and without sufficient means of livelihood. A group of high school classmates have been raising funds since 2012 to provide basic necessities for the needy and less fortunate.
