Women teachers at the Koliyor School in The Gambia’s Lower River Region need to repair and renovate their housing. They live at the school in a very old 5-room housing unit that is close to falling down. The mud-brick walls are exposed to the elements and there are holes in the roof. A heavy rainy season could well cause catastrophic damage. The teachers and villagers will repair the roof and re-plaster the walls if the materials can be provided.
